"Good customer service, but would not recommend if you have older house. They denied me coverage for my gutters, a piece of flashing, and a board that needed replaced on my back porch. They also said bricks were falling off my foundation, but those were the bricks holding the covers for the crawl space."

We then call and have an upfront honest transparent conversation with someone regarding what I find. My hope is that regardless of the outcome the extra effort is appreciated.
